- Completed application
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity or a related technical field is preferred. Students with degrees from other fields are encouraged to apply, and may receive a Conditional Admit. See below for more details.
- Official degree-bearing transcripts
- Resume detailing employment history, honors, and professional and community activities
- 500-word personal statement
- Two professional or academic letters of recommendation
- Core competency in discrete mathematics, calculus, data structures and computer organization, plus a programming language (C/C++ preferred)
No GRE scores are required to apply.
Core competency in discrete mathematics, calculus, data structures and computer organization, plus a programming language (C/C++ preferred) is required for our program.
Applicants without the necessary technical background are encouraged to apply and may receive a Conditional Admit to our program. Applicants given a Conditional Admit will complete our bridge course sequence (3 courses), which will be available in early 2027. Upon successful completion of the sequence, students are then given full admittance into our program. The bridge course sequence is offered free of charge to applicants who are given a Conditional Admit to our program.
