Organizational Development and Leadership Curriculum

Through this program, you’ll complete a combination of organizational development and leadership core coursework and undergraduate general education requirements. Core courses focus on leadership strategy, organizational change, decision-making and professional relationship management, while general education courses will give you a broad academic foundation across disciplines.
